My '07 Fazer has started surging recently. I'll try cleaning/adjusting(?) the TPS as seems to have sorted your problem.

    Hi mate,

Yes adjusting the TPS (to give slightly more fuelling) did have a positive affect. However, the usual checks should be performed such as spark plugs, coils, possible dirt in tank/water. It might be worth checking the condition of each plug holder to see if you have any water running down into the plug holder??I also electrically greased every single connector under the tank as well as the plug holder tops. This took me about 25 minutes once the tank was up and was well worth the effort for winter riding.

    Hope you get it sorted!
